Within my placement there are many teams who work together to benefit the education of each child. The school as a whole has a very strong team spirit
– [IMAGE] Placement Description My placement is in St. Fergus Primary School in Aberdeenshire. St Fergus is a small rural seaside village but it is undergoing drastic developmental changes with new housing estates being built on the outskirts of the village. The main sources of work are either fishing or the gas terminal. The nursery is statutory and is connected to the school and uses the same facilities. The school has five classes, including the nursery, a gym, out door playground with play park suitable for the nursery….

– Longroyd Nursery School- Personal Narrative I understand I first went to Longroyd nursery school when I was three years old. It was said that this was because my mother made a mistake about my age. She later caused a panic by informing them I’d had yellow fever. Jaundice was what she actually meant. I clearly remember having jaundice because during the day I was allowed to lie in Granny Annie’s bed in the front room with the fire lit. This luxury was unheard of. I was given medicine that I had to drink through a straw to stop it touching my teeth….

– Children. When someone becomes a parent their kids are the most important thing on the planet. They will do anything to protect them from danger. Parents will love their kids more than life itself. So why a parent wouldn’t be upset when something happens to their children and they do not find out about it. I know I sure would be. There are many cases where school had the students in dangerous situations and didn’t contact their parents. Of course the parents where very upset they found out by someone other than the schools….
