Importance of an X-Ray Technician

– There are two things in common with all the x-rays taken. They all have a story and all the stories are shared with the man or women taking the x-ray. Almost everyone will have at least one x-ray in their life. Most x-ray technicians can make an impact on their patients life, no matter if it is a good or bad impact. While the patient is sitting there in minor or crucial pain, the x-ray technician has to distract them from the pain while they move them to take the x-rays. Most people do not understand just how important x-ray technicians are….

Fluid Mechanics and Contributions of Archimedes in the Field

– … Thus, it is possible that he was a son of a noble family. Archimedes was a curious student. He went to Alexandria- a coastal city in Egypt in order to study. After spending some years in Egypt, he went back to his home land. There, he worked hard and made significant inventions. His works and inventions certainly had great impact on the development of science in general, and physics in particular. Archimedes died in 212 BC when the city of Syracuse was captured by the Roman troops after a long lasting siege….

Funding for the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Technician Department

– Funding for the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Technician department has come available to conduct a research study and a request was made to present three different research study possibilities before conducting a full research proposal. Problem Statement At a local community college, adults of both genders and between the ages of 17-65 with diverse work experience as well as different ethnic backgrounds, entering into the career field of air conditioning and heating must take the “Refrigeration Principles” class before any advanced courses of instruction offered in refrigeration and heating….

The Founder of Modern Fluid Dynamics: Ludwig Prantdl

– THE FOUNDER OF MODERN FLUID DYNAMICS: LUDWIG PRANTDL A fluid is defined as a substance that does not have any determined shape and is deformed continuously by a shear force, thus it can be said that fluid mechanics is considered as a part of physics which is concerning about gases, liquids and plasmas, in the other words, no solid phases.[1] Modern fluid mechanics is based on Continuum Hypothesis. This hypothesis assumes that a matter is continuous, hence while a matter is examined, atomic structure is not regarded- because if a matter is analyzed at a microscopic scale, the matter will be observed as discrete- and macroscopic scale is preferred instead of microscopic scale.[2] Fluid mecha…

3 Common Challenges for an IT Technician

– … I once had an end user call to tell me that they just received a popup again, asking them to press ok to perform the monthly system update. The key word here is “again” and they call every month to ask us if they should press ok or not. Dealing with end users that don’t have much computer knowledge can be challenging at its best. When you mix poorly tested system updates that were pushed out to hundreds of computers at one time to the mix, the challenge quickly becomes even more challenging….
