Job Title: Store Head

Function: Retail Operations

Reports to: Retail Operation Head

Division/Dept: Retail Ops

1. Major Key Responsibility Area(s) / Functions: -

• Responsible for handling entire retail operations at flagship large format store level in profile centre role.
• Responsible for achieving revenue targets, gross margins and cost management
• Boost conversion and customer retention and developing strategies to improve ticket size, revenue patterns & achieving customer satisfaction /service level objectives
• Responsible for promotions and schemes in the store
• Handling administrative responsibilities, shrinkage control and loss preventions
• Handling Institutional sales through stores & territory management
• Responsible for handling all local municipal labour laws & statutory compliances
• Visual merchandising
• Inventory Planning & Inventory Management
• Responsible for financial management / Cash management at store level.
• Team building & effective people management

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate (any stream ), MBA will be preferred
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
4-6 years of work exp, at least 2 years work exp of handling large format store, having exposure to Furniture industry.
